Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing and are not guaranteed.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Average Legends Golf is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist you in tracking or resolving delivery issues when possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected]
within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
Risk of Loss
All purchases are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
